Messy Mess

It's 11pm, I'm tired, I smell of perspiration from my afternoon rehearsal, I have a long day tomorrow, and I have to spring clean my room now, as in NOW.

My room is in a mess. Huge mess. For a lady's room, I do seriously believe that it is quite horrible. None of my family members are as untidy as me. In fact, the only space that looks out of place is my room.

Dad and mom have to nag at me often to upkeep my room. And I will always do it a few months later. Dad often wonder how come his daughter can be so messy, when he is so in love with neatness.

My things are everywhere in the room. On my table, every thing is all over the place and piled on top of each other. There are mostly stationery, cables, accessories.

On my dressing table, accessories, beauty products, plastic bags.

The worst is the floor... More accessories, costumes, bags of all kind, beauty products, shoes, clothes, stationery, presents.

Cupboard handles holding the clothes hangers to the max. All 6 handles.

Tomorrow morning the Feng Shui master that my parents have engaged to check our house is coming over. And I have to clean the mess before he/she comes.

Don't my parents realised, after so many years, that my mess will never leave me? That I do not know how to keep ANYTHING? Not even if the Feng Shui master comes and say that my room must be kept bare...

When I was younger, one time I had a cup of orange juice in my room for a really long time.
It started to bubble and do weird things, so I kept it around.
It began to fizz really loud, so I put a book over the cup to muffle the sound.
Until that did not work.
I poured it down the drain and no matter how much water came out of the tap, that sink fizzed for another day and a half.
